POSTAL ENHANCEMENTS THAT SAVE YOU MONEY

CASS™ (Coding Accuracy Support System) improves the accuracy of your zip codes and carrier routes. By using an address-matching software program we are able to check how accurate your physical addresses are and then assign them the proper carrier route and Zip+4. By using this process you will then be eligible for postal discounts. NO additional charge!

NCOA
When you or your business moves, it is usual practice to go to the Post Office and fill out a Change of Address card. This card re-routes your mail to your new address. We have all seen the yellow stickers on our mail. What you may not be aware of is that Mail Everything can take your database and match it up against the Post Office’s database to make sure that your list is accurate and up to date. For under 50,000 records, $3.50 per thousand (minimum required). For more information, download an information sheet from the Downloads page (registration required).

BARCODING AND PRE-SORTING
Mail Everything automatically puts your mailing list in an order that the Post Office prefers, commonly referred to as PAVE or pre-sorting. Every mailing list is automatically CASS certified, pre-sorted and bar-coded at no additional charge.
